Indian Cricketer Rohit Sharma Slams Third Double Hundreds In ODI, Breaks Own Record

Indian cricketer and opener Rohit Sharma has claimed another record in his name. Sharma, 30, reaching his double hundreds in the second ODI of the three-match series against Sri Lanka, has broken his record of the man with most double hundreds in ODI cricket, 2.

Rohit has returned not out to the pavilion at an individual score of 208 from 153 deliveries while the Indian team scored ma s sive 392 runs losing four wickets in 50 overs. Rohit 208 runs with13 fours and 12 sixes and an impressive strike rate of 135.95.

His first ever double hundred came against Australia in 2013 in Banglore. He then became the third man in the history of one day cricket and in Indian cricket as well to reach the milestone after Sachin Tendulkar and Virender Sehwag.
