Nick Frost
Nick Frost is an English actor, screenwriter, comedian, producer as well as an author. He is mostly recognized for his performance in the Three Flavours Cornetto trilogy including multi-award-winning movie Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007) and The World's End (2013) and the TV sitcom Spaced (1999-2001). He is also popular for his role in the show Man Stroke Woman.

Multi-talented actor Nick Frost was born Nicholas John Frost on March 28, 1972, which makes him 46 years of age. He was born in Dagenham, London, England. He is the son of Tricia (mother), died in 2005 and father John Frost, an office furniture designer.
Frost attended Beal High School in Ilford. When Nick was ten years old, his sister died because of an asthma attack. And when he was 15 his family's business failed due to which they lost their home. Afterward, they moved to the neighboring house where he witnessed his mother suffer a stroke due to stress.
He left school and started working to support the family. While working as a waiter at a North London Mexican restaurant he met actor Simon Pegg and they both became close friends.
Nick Frost's Career
While working as a waiter at a restaurant he also played minor roles in corporate training videos like Chris Carter and the Coverplan Challenge so as to accomplish his ambition towards acting. He appeared in a small role in various others series.
Forst's breakthrough role was in Simon Pegg's and Edgar Wrights' hugely admired and notable TV series, Spaced. He portrayed the character of Mike, best friend of Tim.
Later in 2002, Frost wrote and presented the show Danger! 50,000 Volts!. The same year, he co-wrote and appeared in The Sofa Of Time with Matt King. After two years, he again appeared in a romantic zombie comedy Shaun of the Dead which was written by his close friend Simon Pegg and director of Spaced. From this movie, Frost was nominated for Chainsaw Award for Best Supporting Actor and also get an award of British Independent Flim Award for Most Promising Newcomer.
After this, he appeared in a series of movies each year. As of 2018, he starred in Tomb Raider. His upcoming movies are Slaughterhouse Rulez, Fighting with My Family and Captain Pugwash. The final installment of the Cornetto trilogy is due to release in 19th July.

He married Christina Frost who is half-Swedish and an executive producer in 2008. On June 22, 2011, the couple welcomed their son named, Mac Frost. They separated in 2013 and later they divorced in 2015. Following the divorce Frost has not been linked to anyone.
In 2015 he released a biography named Truths, Half Truths & Little White Lies explaining his own life up to the age of 30.
