Sixty-one years old American actor Michael Madsen, who is widely known for appearing in Kill Bill and Reservoir Dogs, was charged with two counts of driving under the influence within ten years of DUI offense.

If the charge is convicted, there is a possible maximum that he will be facing a sentence of 364 days in jail.

The representative claimed that Madsen lost control of his vehicle and then crashed his car into a pole in Malibu, on March 24, night. The Los Angeles County sheriff’s deputies arrived at the place and later arrested him before 9:30 p.m.

Before this, Quentin Tarantino’s star was convicted of DUI back in 2013 after he was captured driving erratically on the Pacific Coast Highway, Malibu, in the year 2012.

During that time, officers revealed that his blood alcohol level was twice than the legal limit.
