Les Moonves, the former CBS executive has been accused of sexual hara s sment and sexual misconduct by an actress Bobby Phillips.

In a Wednesday article published in The New York Times, actress Bobbie Phillips accused Moonves of sexual hara s sment.

The Showgirls actress said that the alleged incident took place in March 1995 after they were set up to meet by her manager Marv Dauer. The duo met at the Warner Bros. studio in Burbank, California-Moonves was the president of Warner Bros. at that time.

Phillips said Moonves was interested in casting her and was talking to her about a number of Warner Bros. productions when he suddenly exposed himself.

She further claimed Moonves told her "Be my girlfriend and I'll put you on any show" before he allegedly groped her from her back neck and forcing his penis into her mouth. Phillips fled the place after Moonves was interrupted by a phone call.

After the allegation, Moonves released a statement to The Times saying

I strongly believe that the sexual encounter with Ms. Phillips more than 20 years ago was consensual.

Leslie was first accused of the sexual hara s sment by six women. The six women went with their experience to the New Yorker which detailed their allegations of sexual hara s sment and misconduct. Following the allegations, Moonves was compelled step down from his post of the CBS Corporation's chairman and C.E.O.
