Amercian actress Laura Spencer is best known for her role Jane Bennet in 2012 web series, The Lizzie Bennet Diaries which is based on Jane Austen novel, Pride, and Prejudice. She began her acting journey in 2009 playing a minor role in Barking Water. Some of her screen credit includes Time Expired, A Christmas Kiss, Switched at Birth, Bones, and The Lizzie Bennet Diaries.

Laura Spencer was born on May 8, 1986, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She debuted in acting in 2009 in an independent feature film, Barking Water. The same year, she started her TV career in Funnell of Darkness.

The following year, she appeared in two films, The Rounder Comes to Town and PSA: An Important Message From Women EVERYWHERE and few movies. Then she appeared in a number of films including, Time Expired, Mangus!, A Christmas Kiss, B Positive, My Precious Cargo, and Avarice, Heartland.

Spencer got her major break in 2012 after she signed a web series The Lizzie Bennet Diaries. She played the role of Jane Bennet who is practically perfect in every way.
