The news is that Khloe Kardashian has finally filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Odom. The couple married on September 27,2009. Khloe met Lamar in 2009, at a basketball game. She said she initially hated him considering him to be a typical basketball player. But they later dated each other. Then after a few months seeing each other, they decided to get married.
On September, they turned their relationship into a stronger bond by getting married in front of 250 guests at a wedding ceremony in LA. The marriage date was September 27. The two wanted to have kids together but they went through some infertility issues. They were trying to have a baby but without luck. Meanwhile, Lamar was accused of cheating on Khloe, to which Khloe completely ignored. She said, "you have to keep your husband first, divorce is not an option". Odom was charged for partying too much and drug overdose. Khloe still was with him, despite her mother constantly trying to pressurize her daughter to leave Odom.
In 2012, when Lamar went to attend his cousin's funeral, his driver killed a 15-year-old. This caused him a lot of trouble. There were also witnesses coming out revealing to have spent time with Odom and a magazine even claimed that Lamar had been cheating on Khloe with almost 5 women. After so many allegations and Lamar's reckless attitude, Khloe finally decided to get a divorce. The reality star with a net worth of $20 million was ready to let go of her toxic relationship. In 2013, she signed the papers citing irreconcilable differences. However, Lamar was not ready to get a divorce from Kardashian. So he did not accept the divorce proposal.
In between, Khloe was a s sumed to be back with Odom again as she was seen in the NBA games, but in 2016, she has finally made up her mind to get over the estranged relationship.
