American football defensive tackle for Miami Dolphins of the National Football League, Miami Dolphins’ arms was amputated Thursday after he met a rollover crash in Miami.

Malki Kawa confirmed the news via Twitter claiming that Kendrick met a car accident and suffered numerous injuries including the amputation of his arm.

The post continued:

According to the reports, the crash occurred on Thursday morning shortly after 1 a.m. He was driving a truck and struck a concrete barrier and flipped over — one of his arms pinned beneath the truck that landed on the truck’s roof.

The Sun-Sentinel reported that his left arm was amputated. The paper also said that two more pa s sengers were injured in the crash. The injured were rushed to a nearby hospital. He is in critical condition whereas none of his injuries are in life-threatening condition.

Kendrick was selected in the seventh round of 2018 NFL draft by the Carolina Panthers. He spent most of his first season on team’s practice squad before signing a contract with the Miami Dolphins.
