Justin Bieber Hits Paparazzi With Pick Up Truck Leaving Church in Beverley Hills

Canadian pop star Justin Bieber hit 57-year-old paparazzi with a pickup truck in Beverley Hills near Sabana Theatre, police said.

The 23-year-old star was leaving Hillsong Church after attending a service when the incident occurred.  It was reported that he remained at the scene and fully cooperated with the officers.

 

According to PEOPLE, Lt. Scott Dowling of the Beverly Hills Police Department said that the accident occurred outside the Saban Theater at 9:24 p.m. and that the victim suffered non-life threatening injuries and was transported to Cedars-Sinai hospital.

Bieber stayed right beside the man for roughly 8 to 10 minutes until paramedics and police arrived.

According to an online source, “He tried to scare away the paparazzi but as he neared the group, he accidentally hit one of the photographers who was in his path.”

Photos taken at the scene show Bieber got out of his car to check to see if the photographer was okay.

On Monday, Justin abruptly canceled the remaining dates of his “Purpose” world tour, citing “unforeseen circ u mstances.”
