Joseph Eduardo “Joe” Johns is a CNN correspondent based in the Washington, D.C., Bureau. Johns was born in the United States of America. Joe previously worked as an NBC News Capitol Hill Corresponding for TODAY and other NBC programs. He has also worked for WRC-TV/NBC4 in Washington, D.C.

Joe Johns was born in the United States America. Joe spent his wonderful childhood in Columbus, Ohio, with his family. He was born to African and American parents.

While Joe Johns was In Columbus, Ohio, he attended the West High School. After some time, he moved to Marshall University, in Huntington, where he got a four-year scholarship as a track and field Athlete. Joe Johns is very much intelligent and multi-talented student. Joe completed his bachelor’s degree in political science at the Marshall University and has completed his law degree from the American University.

Career

Firstly, Joe Johns began his job in journalism when he started for WSAZ-TV, located in Huntington, West Virginia. He was also the reporter and anchor at the network. After some time, in 1983, he moved to WSOC-TV in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Joe Johns joined CNN where he was made the congressional correspondent in 2004. Joe appeared on shows like Anderson Cooper 360 and different other shows, all over the network. He has also won an Emmy Award for his coverage of the violent efforts of the Nation of Islam to cleanse the neighborhood of drugs during his stint at the NBC-related with WRC-TV.
