Jack Henry Quaid is an American actor, well known for his appearance as Marvel in the 2012 science fiction film, The Hunger Games.
Early life and education
Jack Quaid was born on 24 April 1992 in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. He was born to Dennis Quaid and Meg Ryan as both of them are movie stars.
To pursue his career, Jack studied NYU's Tisch School of the Arts for three years.
He is white in ethnicity and holds an American nationality.
Career
In the year 2012, Jack made his appearance as Marvel in the movie, The Hunger Games.
In an interview, Quaid said how he auditioned for the role: 'We had torrential downpours, flooding, scorching heat and then a bear would wander onto the set.
But it was an amazing bonding experience. We definitely all had a great story to tell about what we did on our summer vacation.'' He also said that he was warned of a backlash from fans because of his character's dastardly acts: ''When I got cash, I was told that people would spit on me in the streets.''
The following year in 2013, Jack again revised his character, Marvel for the Hunger Games: Catching Fire in a cameo appearance. Quaid is requesting his fans to help him fund his new movie titled Roadies, by conducting donations on the crowdsourcing website Indiegogo.
Jack also made his appearance in the main cast of the short-lived HBO television series titled Vinyl, which was aired in early 2016.
