Ivica Olic
Ivica Olic, is a Croatian professional footballer who is playing for the Current Team of VfL Wolfsburg in Germany and the National team of the Nation Croatia. He primarily plays Forward as striker , but also plays as winger. Olic was born in 14 September, in Davor, SFR Yugoslavia.
Career
Olic was born and raised in Davor and he started his youth football career for the local club NK Marsonia in 1996. He played two years for Marsonia then he was acquired by Hertha BSC in 1998. He didn’t played there much and came back to Marsonia again.In 2001 , he moved to NK Zargreb and help the team win the league and in the following season, he again moved to DInamo Zagreb.And in 2003, Olic was osld to CSKA Moscow. HE played very well there and in January 2007, he moved to Hamburger SV, and played his first Bundesliga game with the club against Energie Cottbus on 31 January. He played with the club until January 2009 as in January 3, 2009, Olic was signed in a three-year contract with Bundesliga rivals Bayern Munich.
He started playing for the National team from 1996 in different age level. He was also the part of the national team at the 2002 FIFA World Cup and played two matches. He played three matches in Euro 2004 and two games in 2006 FIFA World cup. He also payed in 2010 World cup qualifications but could not make out of the tournament and he again played 2014 FIFA World Cup qualification matches and made it to the tournament and he is recently ready for the tournament.

Olic’s Spouse is Natalia and they have three Children, two sons and one daughter, named Luka, Antonio and Lara. He like to keep low media profile and he generally lives quite private life. He is 1.82 m taller in Height and has 85 kg body Weight.

While playing with NK Zagreb, they won Croatian League in the season 2001-02. With Dinamo Zagreb , they won Croatian League in 2002-03
With CSKA Moscow , they won Russian Premier League in 2003, 2005 and 2006. They also won Russian Cup in 2005 and 2006. They also won Russian Supercup in 2004 and 2006. They won UEFA cup as well in 2005.
With FC Bayern Munich, they won Bundesliga in season 2009-10. They also won DFB-Pokal in the same season. They won DFL-Supercup in 2010. They stood Runner-ups in UEFA Cahmpions league twice in 2009-10 and 2011-12 seasons.
Individually he has been honored with many awards, he was honored as Croatian Football Hope of the Year in 2001. He was awarded with Prva HNL Player of the Year in 2002. He also became Prva HNL Top scorer in 2002 and 2003. He was also honored with Croatian Footballer of the year in 2009 and 2010 and Croatian First League palyer of the Year IN 2002 and 2003.
He is paid 6 million Euros as Salary.
