It's A Girl - 'The View' Host Sara Haines Welcomes Baby Number Two With Husband Max Shifrin

The View anchor Sara Haines has welcomed a second child, a daughter, with husband Max Shifrin on Saturday, December 23.

Haines revealed her second child's birth on Instagram Saturday night where she wrote,

She is here!!! Today we met our little Christmas package-Sandra Grace Shifrin (named after my mom). She weighed in at a cool 7 pounds, 2 ounces. We can't decide who she looks like, but we'll keep her anyway ;)

Max Shifrin also posted the baby snap on his Instagram where he captioned: Presenting Sandra Grace Shfrin. Came out without a hitch at 3:23 this morning thanks to Mama's hard work. Merry Christmas all!'

Haines had announced her pregnancy to People in June. She said,

We are so excited to add to our little family. I was hoping for a girl, but Max is little scared, I think 

In a recent interview with Glamor, Haines talked about starting a family at an advanced reproductive age. She said,

I got married when I was 37, and I'm having my second child at 40

She continued,

People say I'm brave, but I say, 'I'm not brave; I'm old!' When I was 28, I'll never forget meeting this woman who was carrying her child and saying to me, 'If I could give you a piece of advice, it's don't wait.' I looked at her and was like, 'You think this is a choice?

The lovebirds married on 22nd November 2014, in The Bahamas and parents to 20-month-old son Alec Richard Shifrin.
