Quinn is a member of the comedy troupe 'The Tenderloins', known for the TV television series The Impractical Jokers. Brian started his career at the stage of The Tenderloins in 1999. Quinn attended Monsignor Farrell High School where he was involved in many activities like drama and sports.

After the graduation, Brian attended Brooklyn College and later moved on to join the New York City Fire Department. Quinn also co-hosts the popular weekly podcast Tell 'Em Steve-Dave! along with friends Bryan Johnson and Walter Flanagan of Mallrats fame. He is considered the third host of the podcast Tell 'Em Steve-Dave! on SModcast.com.

Brian Quinn is well-known as an American comedy star who features in the popular television series Impractical Jokers. The show was premiered on December 15, 2011.
