Hurricane Irma to Hit U.S states Florida and Louisiana? Recent Reports
Reportedly, Hurricane Irma is swiftly making its way through the Caribbean. People now want to know whether or not the storm will make a landfall in the U.S.
While there is a possibility that storm Irma will hit Florida and several other neighboring states, however, for now, the chances are pretty low that it might hit Louisiana- residents should still remain alert though, as Irma’s trajectory is not fully known by far.
As per the reports, Hurricane Irma has headed towards the Caribbean’s Leeward Island and it’s expected to reach the island chain late Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning.
Particularly, Florida and the East Coast are predicted to be hit severely by Irma accompanied by heavy rain, substantial winds, and flooding, there is also the possibility that Irma could curve out to the Atlantic Ocean and miss the continental U.S. completely.
Hurricane Harvey has already caused significant damages- at least 66 killed, $70 billion. The Storm hit on Friday, August 25 in Texas and Louisiana.
