David was just 21 when he purchased his first house in 1996 for £150,000 in Manchester where he moved in with his then-girlfriend model Krista Kemp over there.

Later, he met his future wife Victoria Beckham in 1997. The couple even welcomed their first child; son Brooklyn Beckham in the house. They moved out from the house in 1999 before their wedding.

‘I designed it all. I picked up bits and pieces from all over America and Europe. When we were on tour, my mum would come out to America with chunks of skirting board in her suitcase for me to look at.’

They sold the house in August 2002 for £600,000.

3. Hertfordshire House (2002-2004)

The couple, later on, moved to their new house with five bedrooms, a gym, and an indoor pool, It was the time when Victoria was pregnant with her second son Romeo Beckham. 

The couple spends two years as they sold it for  £1.75 million earning a profit of  £500,000.

4. The Rowneybury House (1999-2015)

The duo fell in love at the first sight of Rowneybury House, the seven-bedroom house for  £2.5 million. It was spread in an area of 24 acres. 

Victoria said in an interview,

‘It’s an old house and I’ve themed every room.

‘There’s a room like a tart’s boudoir, with leopard-print everywhere and a mirrored ceiling. Then there’s our bedroom, which is virginal and white, with a big four-poster oak bed.

‘The hall is camp, with bright red walls, a huge, tacky chandelier, and thick velvet curtains.’

They sold the house in 2015 earning a profit of £9 million.

5. The French Folly (2003-2016)

David spent  £1.5 million on a holiday home near St Tropez with 34 rooms, a heated pool, and a vineyard. They spent huge amount renovating the living room, kitchen, and a Moroccan-style pool house.
