A Pioneer for women sportscasters, Linda Cohn who has graced our television sets for over 23 years married Stew Kaufman in 2008. However,  after giving birth to two children, daughter Sammy and Son Dan,  the couple ended their relation with a divorce in 2014. Cohn debuted as a sports anchor for the WALK-AM Patchogue, New York, after which she worked for four other New York area radio station as a sports anchor until 1987.

When she was hired by ABC, she made a sportscasting history by becoming the first full-time female sports anchor in U.S.

Cohn Improved a Lot in Six Months After she was Warned

After she was hired by ESPN to work on SportsCenter in 1992, she has become a very familiar face among the SportsCenter viewers.

Cohn was almost fired from ESPN when it told that she was not showing her love for sports on a show but she was given a chance to improve for six months and a video coach was hired too.
