Early Life

Helen Fospero was born on 30 August 1966 as Helen Jane Morton. Fospero’s birth place is Lincolnshire, England. Fospero was raised in Grimsby, the United Kingdom along with her family. Career

Helen Fospero left school at the age of 18 and started working at a local newspaper. Later she joined a national news agency in Fleet Street. In the 1980s, Fospero started working at Sky Television as a journalist. Later she started working as a home news editor and she was also involved in several roles during her nine years at the Television. Fospero worked as a television presenter on Sunrise and Live at Five.

In 1997, Helen Fospero moved to Breakfast television station GMTV as the Showbiz correspondent. Later she started working as the United States correspondent. In November 2002, Fospero along with Peter levy was appointed to front the new version of regional news magazine program Look North. Fospero has also an experience of working on Sky News and Channel 5.

In 2009, Helen Fospero joined GMTV as the newsreader and she worked there along with Penny Smith. In 2011, she started working at ITV Breakfast program, Lorrain. Fospero worked at Daybreak's NewsHour from 6–7 am as a newsreader and presenting news bulletins. Fospero joined the BBC One consumer affairs program Watchdog in November 2014 as a reporter. And since 2015, she has been working on the BBC show The One Show. Fospero has experience working on BBC Radio 5 Live as a newsreader. She has also worked on BBC 94.9 as a regular presenter.

Fospero has been active in a Nicholls Spinal Injury Foundation and has raised a fund of £5 million which is to be spent for research and cure for paralysis.
