American actress Hayden Panettiere’s boyfriend Brian Hickerson got dragged off to jail for domestic violence following an incident at their home.

As per the information obtained from Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Departments, her boyfriend Hickerson was arrested by Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division on 2nd May, Thursday, at 2.225 am local time and was booked at 6:15 am.

Brian was released on the same day at 3 pm on $50,000 bond.

As per TMZ reports, Hayden and Brian were drinking in Hollywood on Wednesday before turning into a physical altercation at their home.

It is still not clear who called the cops, but after the police interviewed both of them, they took Brian into the custody for felony domestic violence for starting the fight.

The outlet has reported that the police saw marks and redness on Hayden’s body as well. It is still unknown when Brian will appear in the court in regards to the matter.

Twenty-nine years old Hayden started dating Brian over the summer after breaking up with Wladimir Klitschko. She shares a four years old daughter Kaya from her previous relationship.

The Nashville star previously admitted that her battle with post-natal depression had led her to two rehab stays and eventually breaking up with Klitschko.

Hayden first checked to rehab for post-natal depression in October 2015, and after seven months, she again checked into the treatment center.
