The Chief International Correspondent for CNN married her husband James Rubin in 1998, and they have been living together since.

Christiane, 59 and James, 57, exchanged their vows and tied the knot in 1998 at the Church of Santo Stefano in Bracciano in Italy, and later Rabbi Guy D. Hall performed Jewish ceremony at Castello Orsini-Odescalchi.

The couple first met in 1997,  Ms. Amanpour was on a s signment, and Mr. Rubin was traveling with Secretary of State Madeleine K Albright. The couple hasn't talked about their love story, but we can a s sume that they fell in love within a year and then tied the knot.

They were also listed as one of the world’s 15 most powerful couples in 2012 by Forbes.
