Talking to People last year, Flair appreciated his girlfriend Barlow where he also credited her for helping him change his hard-living ways-including sleeping with around 10,000 women. He said,

I only love one now. I have never done anything since I met Wendy. It's still hard for me not to be me. But I'm really focused on getting well and just enjoying my life with Wendy.

Before Wendy, Flair was married for four times. He married his first wife Leslie Goodman in 1971 and remained married for 12 long years. After his divorce from his first wife, he married three more women; Elizabeth Harrell (from 1983 to 2006), Tiffany VanDemark (from 2006-2009) and Jackie Beems (from 2009-2014).
