Alex Kozinski's Married Life With Marcy Tiffany After Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Alex Kozinski and Marcy Tiffany have been married for more than four decades now, and it doesn't seem like Marchy has any plans to leave her husband's side now, even after a number of women accusing him of improper sexual conduct at the workplace.

Back in 2008, it was reported that Alex was involved in sexually explicit videos and photos in an explicit website. His attorney wife, however, didn't believe it and said she knows he is not into porn but rather into something funny.

Well here is what she said.

Alex is not into porn – he is into funny – and sometimes funny has a sexual character

Though they have been together for years, they aren’t seen in public often. But, that doesn't mean they aren't happy together, they live a great life together with their three sons.

Sexual allegations Against Alex Kozinski

The first allegation against Alex Kozinski dates back to 2008. As mentioned already, he was allegedly involved in some explicit videos to which his wife Marcy Tiffany reacted saying it wasn't as bad as it looked but rather funny.

Nine years after the first allegation, again in December 2017, numerous former law clerks and externs accused Kozinski of making inappropriate sexual remarks to them.

His former clerk Heidi Bond who is now a novelist told The Washington Post that Alex showed her p********y three times when she was in her chambers and bragged about his college sexual activity while she was clerking for him during 2006 to 2007

In her words

I was in a state of emotional shock, and what I really wanted to do was be as small as possible and make as few movements as possible and to say as little as possible to get out.

Also, Emily Murphy, who was once a clerk under him, she later became a professor at UC Hastings, said that Kozinski suggested to a group that she exercises naked in the courthouse gymnasium.  Well, the list doesn’t end here as four other women who worked for him also said that his actions weren’t appropriate and stated that he always had sexual overtones while talking.

Once the investigation into his sexual allegations started, by December 15, fifteen women including students and colleagues disclosed sexual misbehavior from over three decades that included physical touching and invitations by Alex to have sex.

After all the allegations he resigned from the post issuing a statement in said,

I have been a judge for 35 years and during that time have had over 500 employees in my chambers. I treat all of my employees as family and work very closely with most of them. I would never intentionally do anything to offend anyone and it is regrettable that a handful has been offended by something I may have said or done.

Also, he added,

I’ve always had a broad sense of humor and a candid way of speaking to both male and female law clerks alike. In doing so, I may not have been mindful enough of the special challenges and pressures that women face in the workplace. It grieves me to learn that I caused any of my clerks to feel uncomfortable; this was never my intent, for this I sincerely apologize.

Well, this is not the first instance of sexual misconduct allegations against a powerful man this year, many including president of the United States, Donald Trump, Senator Al Franken and Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein among others have been accused of sexual misconduct by dozens of women.
