Former 'Bachelorette'' Alum Meredith Phillips Was Sexually Abused While She Was On The Show-Revealed In An Interview

Former The Bachelorette starlet Meredith Phillips accused a female ma s seuse of sexual misconduct. Phillips claimed the ma s seuse drugged her and molested her while she was on the ABC show.

The reality star who won the second season of Bachelorette in 2004, alleged the woman during Reality Steve's latest podcast.

Host Steve Carbone asked her what was the ''hardest thing you had to deal with being the Bachelorette?" She took a long pause before saying she was hara s sed by a ma s seuse who was hired by the producer. She told,

Well, besides being always really tired and some of the producers were, how do I say this, helpful but not helpful. In terms of trying to make me relax. Normally, I wouldn't really talk about this, but I'm going to tell you because it's bothered me for years.

She continued,

[I was roofied] by a ma s seuse that a producer hired, to come into my room and give me a ma s sage," Phillips alleges. "And she said, 'OK, I'm going to give you a pill.' And I'm like, 'OK.' I just a s sumed it was like an aspirin or something to loosen my back or Tylenol, or something. And it definitely wasn't that, that's for sure.

Phillips also claimed the last thing that she can remember about the incident was being in the tub with the ma s seuse. She claimed,

She got naked and she was in the tub with me and rubbing my back and rubbing areas that probably she shouldn't have. And then I was put in bed. I woke up naked. I don't remember much. I wasn't even drinking so, yeah.

Phillip didn't reveal the name of her perpetrator in the interview. However, the interviewer noted that around a minute of the podcast was cut to remove people's names to protect the privacy.
