Ford Motor Co [F.N] is Unhappy With Mark Fields’ performance. Will He Be Fired?
Ford’s Chief Executive Officer ( CEO) Mark Fields is reportedly getting sacked. According to recent news, Ford Motor Co [F.N] is unhappy with Fields’ broad management which has caused unpleasant results on the company’s stock market outlook.

As the Forbes and the New York Times reports, the new man to take the helm could be James Hackett, age 62, who is currently the chairman of Ford. An announcement could come as early as Monday.
Ford’s board of directors and Chairman Bill Ford Jr. have been disappointed with the company’s performance and outlook as the company’s share are down nearly 40 percent under the management of Mark Fields. Fields management is being held responsible for Ford’s profit margins lagging behind General Motors’.
The Wall Street Journal reported on Sunday that the company was considering new a s signments for some of Field’s top deputies.

We are staying focused on our plan for creating value and profitable growth.
