Florida Woman Arrested After She Stabbed Her Boyfriend To Death

• A Florida woman was taken into custody after she stabbed her boyfriend to death on Saturday.
• Collins was arrested in Cantonment, about 20 miles north of Pensacola early Sunday.
• Officials found the man around 11:39 p.m. Saturday where they found McShane unresponsive with a gash in his sternum.
• Xiaxiana Collins appeared in the court on Monday where she was denied to set a bond.

A Florida woman was taken into custody after she stabbed her boyfriend to death on Saturday. Jaquoia Xiaxiana Collins, 24, reportedly wrote that women should never let a man "put his hands on you" on Facebook before she killed her boyfriend.

Collins was arrested in Cantonment, about 20 miles north of Pensacola early Sunday and charged with the second-degree murder of her boyfriend, Quartez McShane.

As per Collins' arrest report, Escambia County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the Wild Oak Farms Apartments at around 11:39 p.m. Saturday where they found McShane unresponsive with a one-and-a-half-inch gash in his sternum.

McShane was immediately transported to a local hospital where he died at 12:22 on Sunday morning. Following his death, investigators reported Collins had posted on her Facebook 20 minutes before stabbing McShane.They further said she had written:

Ladies, NEVERRRR let a Boy put his hands on You as a Real MAN ain't Going for it.

Collins was booked into the Escambia County Jail without bond. Collins appeared in court on Monday where her attorney appealed for a bond, however, the Circuit Judge Scott Duncan declined to set her bond.
