Dibang

Introduction

Dibang was born in Lohit, India. Currently, he works as a senior journalist as well as a news anchor in the channel named ABP news. He hosts a weekly show named ‘Press Conference’ and a daily prime time show named ‘Jan Man’ on ABP news. He was raised in Arunachal Pradesh in India. He is of an Indian nationality.

Education and career

Dibang graduated from the University of Delhi. After completing the graduation, he started his career in journalism from the Illustrated Weekly of India. He then worked with The Sunday Times of India as a correspondent. Later on, he worked with many renowned media groups named Aaj Tak, NDTV etc.

The first debate show in Hindi named Muqabla was also anchored by Dibang. In the year 2006, the show was awarded as the Best Talk Show Award at Indian Television Academy Awards 2006. The show was the first Hindi show to win the award.

Dibang has also been a s sociated with some of the foreign television series as well as films. He has worked with many foreign television networks like ABC of Australia, RAI, SBs and NHK of Japan. He has worked in some of the television series of Italy, Japan, and Australia. Dibang too appeared in one Italian movie which as directed by Italo Spinelli.

In the year 2013, Dibang made his debut in Bollywood from the film named Madras Café. He has also appeared in another Bollywood film named 'Pink’ in the year 2016. He has won many awards for his doc u mentaries and anchoring. Dibang is the life long member of the Press Club of India as well as the Editors Guild of India. Dibang is rated among the best Hindi anchor in the industry today.

Personal life

Dibang has not married yet and he is yet to talked to the media about his personal life and career. 

Dibang is also interested in music, World Cinema, and Literature. He stands tall with the height of 5 feet 10 inches and weighs about 65 kilograms.
