Deborah Fancher, an American conservative political activist is widely famous as the  (second yet current) wife of Indian-American political commentator, author, and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza. Fancher initially worked as a school teacher before she turned into politics and since has been a huge supporter of her husband D'Souza, through high and low. They are married since 2016.

Fancher was born on 1st December 1967, in Venezuela, under the birth sign Scorpio to mother Mitzi Cestero. At the age of 10, Deborah's family immigrated to the United States and lives in the country ever since. As a result, she is an American by nationality with mixed ethnic background- her father was Spanish-Italian while her mother has Mexican ancestry.

Deborah Cestero (by birth) attended Harlingen High School in Texas and then enrolled at New York University, from where she majored in Economics and Business Management. Later, she joined Howard University to pursue an MBA.

In the 90s, Deborah worked as a primary school teacher during her early career journey. After a decade-long profession as a teacher (1990-2001), she landed in politics and subsequently joined Spirit of Freedom Republican Women. Fancher then served as its President from 2012 to 2014.

Now, an active conservative political activist, Deborah Fancher works for the betterment of Republicans in Texas. She helped to raise funds to help needy Venezuelan people in times of crisis.  Apart from she has also acted in the doc u mentary, Hillary's America: The Secret History of the Democratic Party(2016) as a teacher.

Since January 2021, she also serves as the producer of her husband's podcast The Dinesh D'Souza Podcast.

Born Deborah Cestero, the American conservative political activist is currently in a marital relationship with Dinesh D'Souza. As for a fact, both are the second spouses of each other- meaning, they were already married once to respective partners.
