Early life and Education

Dak Prescott was born on 29th July 1993 in Sulphur, Louisiana, United States. He went to Haughton High School in Haughton, Louisiana. He was a three-time member of the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll.

He then completed graduation in Psychology from the Mississippi State University. He also holds a Master’s degree in Workforce Leadership.

His father, Nathaniel Prescott is an African-American whereas his mother is a European American. 

He has four siblings: Ted Prescott, Jace Prescott, a half-sister Natalie Prescott-Smith and a half-brother Elliott Prescott.

Career

His professional football career took a major leap when he made it to the 2016 NFL Draft. The Dallas Cowboys selected him in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
 
Before joining the NFL, Prescott played at the college level for the Mississippi State Bulldogs from 2013 to 2015. 

Prescott broke the record for the most consecutive pa s ses attempts without an interception with 176 attempts within in just six weeks in the NFL. Before this, Tom Brady had the record to his name. One notable former QB from Dallas Cowboy is Troy Aikman.

Personal life

Dak Prescott,  age 24, isn't in a committed relationship currently. He was reportedly dating Kayla Puzas in 2014, a Georgia Southern University Graduate.
 
The couple was Instagram official, however, when they broke up in 2015, Kayla took all the pictures down. Prescott was rumored to have an affair with Nicole Parks, a playboy model. However, the relationship was never officially confirmed. Unlike other Football players who get married early, Prescott isn't. 
 
Prescott was very close to his late mother; she pa s sed away in 2013 due to colon cancer.  He ritually wears a jersey numbered 4 in his games as a tribute to his late mother who was born on 4th September. Besides football, Prescott's hobbies include fishing. He is very fond of the sport. 

Prescott got arrested for DUI charges in Starkville, Mississippi on 12th Match 2016. Prescott took two breathalyzer tests. Among them, the first result was invalid sample while another was an insufficient sample.

Dak Prescott apologized for his behavior in a statement saying "I want to apologize to my true supporters, my family, Mississippi State University, the NFL and the kids who look up to me.''

He appeared in Starkville Municipal Court on 27th July 2016, and he was found not guilty on all the charges.
