American Yacht captain and reality television personality Sandy Yawn has confirmed that she is dating gospel singer Leah Shafer.
On Tuesday, 54 years old Sandy took her social media to confirm her new relationship with Shafer after reports surfaced of their romance.
Sandy confirmed the happy news sharing her interview with The Cheat Sheet and captioning the video writing “Love is Love!” and “So Happy!” in two separate tweets.

Opening up about their unexpected romance, Sandy revealed that they first met on Facebook back in June 2018 after Leah congratulated her on the Bravo reality series.
Sandy revealed that Leah sent her a nice message sending congratulations and blessings. She claimed that “many blessings” wrote on the message attracted her towards Leah.
After knowing each other on the social networking platform, the couple met in person in Los Angeles, where Leah said that the sparks between the couple really began to fly.
Sandy admitted that their love was definitely unexpected. She said:
It just happened, when you meet another soul that you connect with at such a deep level, it is unexplainable and so beautiful.
Leah claimed that their connection was like a spiritual connection in the beginning. Pa s sion for inspiring through music and youth is what brought them together.
Though Sandy and Leah are in a deep and committed relationship, Leah acknowledged that they had faced backlash for being extremely open about their relationship in their faith-based communities.
As everything is going perfect in between the couple, Leah revealed that she had moved to Denver from Los Angeles to live with her love.
Before being connected with Sandy, Leah was married to Ross Shafer for around two decades. The pair shares a thirteen years old daughter Lauren “Lolo” Rae.
