Judge Brett Kavanaugh Accused Of Sexual Misconduct By Second Woman

• Brett Kavanaugh, the Supreme Court nominee has been accused of sexual misconduct days after the first woman accused him.
• Deborah Ramirez, 53, told Kavanaugh thrust his penis on her face during a party when they were students at Yale University.
• Ramirez said, she hesitated to bring her story because she said she was drunk at the time and there was a big gap in her memories.

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh has been accused of sexual misconduct by one more woman where the woman claimed the judge thrust his penis in her face during a party when they were students at Yale University.

Deborah Ramirez, 53, told her story to The New Yorker's Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer that she was at a dorm room party with Kavanaugh and other students during Yale's 1983-84 school year.

Ramirez recalled the party where all the students were playing a drinking game and she became inebriated. She further said, she remembers a "penis being in front" of her face. She said when she opened her eyes, she found Kavanaugh standing next to her, laughing and pulling up his pants.

Meanwhile, another student then yelled down the hall: "Brett Kavanaugh just put his penis in Debbie's face."

Ramirez said that she hesitated to bring her story because she realized that there were large gaps in her memory and she was afraid that she would be attacked because she had been drinking when the incident occurred. But after Christine Blasey Ford accused Kavanaugh of sexual misconduct, she dared to come with her story and now she believes these allegations will warrant an FBI investigation into his behavior.

Kavanaugh, however, denied all the allegations in a statement to the outlet, saying the alleged incident "from 35 years ago didn't happen." The statement further said,

The people who knew me then know that this didn't happen, and have said so. This is a smear, plain and simple.

Furthermore, the White House spokesperson Kerri Kupec discarded Ramirez's allegations, saying The New Yorker they are the latest in a "coordinated smear campaign." The New Yorker said it was unable to confirm whether Kavanaugh was at the party or not, but it interviewed many of Ramirez's cla s smates who confirmed Kavanaugh's presence at the party.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Gra s sley released a statement on Sunday evening saying almost all of the staff learned about the new allegations. He further said that Senate Democrats had "actively withheld information from the rest of the Committee only to drop information at politically opportune moments."
