Blogger Claudia Oshry Accuses Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. Of Sexual Assault

Actor Cuba Gooding Jr. is accused of sexual a s sault by one new woman. Blogger Claudia Oshry alleged Gooding touched her inappropriately by the 51-year-old actor when she was 16.

Last week, Oshry, 24, told The Morning Toast podcast:

All I have to say is #MeToo. I feel so weird about it because at the end of the day I don't know if I've ever considered myself a victim of sexual a s sault because I'm not, I would never compare myself to them. But yes when I was in high school I was f-- 16 years old-Cuba Gooding Jr. put his finger up my b**t and I felt wild.

Gooding Jr. denied the allegation through attorney Mark Heller who said Mr. Gooding told him such event never happened and denied to know the blogger.

Oshry, famous for her social media account Girl With No Job included the incident in her Dirty Jeans Tour, saying:

And now, it's just become, like, a part of who I am. It's a part of my story. Now I use it as a shtick in my show on tour. Like, you really want to put a finger up my bu**? Without my consent? Fine, but I'm going to use it for all that it's worth.

Meanwhile, Cuba turned himself to the police days before after he was accused of groping a woman in a New York City bar. An anonymous woman shared her story to The New York Times where she claimed the Oscar winner touched her breasts at the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar and Lounge.

The actor was charged with forcible touching, and third-degree sexual abuse-he pleaded not guilty to both the charges. A law enforcement official said the investigators had found security camera footage that allegedly showed Gooding touching the accuser inappropriately.

But, Gooding's attorney said he found no criminal conduct or inappropriate activity by his client in the surveillance footage.
