Actress Turned Lawyer Lousia Mortiz Dies At The Age Of 72 Due To Heart Failure   

  • The actress Louisas Mortiz famous for her prominent role as Rose pa s sed away by the heart failure at her home.   
  • Louisa along with six others filed a lawsuit against Bill Cosby of physically abusing her.

Lousia Mortiz, 72, died peacefully at her house in Los Angeles on 30 January 2019, according to the close sources to the actress.    

Louisa is amongst the seven of people who accused Bill Cosby of Sexual Assult in 2014. In the accusation, she claimed that in 1971 the actor forced her to do the oral s-- in the dressing room while in an appearance on The Tonight Show.

'The lawsuit filed against Cosby will continue even after her death as her nearer and dearer ones believe that this is what she would have wanted', said her lawyer Joseph Cammarata.

Joseph continued to tell the Fox News"Louisa Moritz was a brave woman who stood up against a powerful Hollywood icon, Bill Cosby, in an effort to restore her good name and reputation, after he publicly branded her a liar when she made public her allegations of sexual abuse and a s sault by Mr. Cosby."

He added: 'Ms. Moritz was one of seven women who sued Bill Cosby for defamation. Despite her death, her claim against Mr Cosby will continue in a Federal court in Ma s sachusetts. We forward to a resolution of the case that will establish that Louisa was a ‘truth teller’ so that her legacy will live forever untarnished.'

Her manager, Edward Lozzii added: Louisa Moritz was so full of life, talent, and she was a genius with a 6th sense for making money.

Mortiz acted in several movies and TV shows which added her other famous credits include 'Love, American Style', 'Match Game', 'One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest' and appearances on 'The Incredible Hulk' and 'M*A*S*H'.
