Ben Kinchlow, who oversaw The 700 Club’s humanitarian relief agency, Operation Blessing, pa s sed away at the age of 82. The Christian Broadcasting Network announced the tragic news this week.
As per the Virginia-based network, Ben died on Thursday; however, the reason behind his death is not disclosed. A day earlier, there was a message on his Facebook page, asking for prayers from his followers.
Ben appeared on the daily CBN program alongside the founder of CBN, Pat Robertson, 89.
Ben was active at CBN for hosting and producing television and radio programs like Talking It to the Streets and Straight Talk.
His contributions to the network took him around the world including trips to the Middle East, South America, Africa, and Europe.
Working for two decades with the Virginia Beach, Ben decided to leave CBN to launch an independent ministry in 1996.
