Australian Woman Shot dead By Cop, Fiancé Declared the Act as Homicide

An Australian woman Justine Ruszczyk was shot dead by the Minneapolis officer on Saturday night in Minnesota. The bride-to-be called 911 on Saturday night to report a possible sexual a s sault in an alley near her home, as per reports.

Ruszczyk's fiance Damond has claimed it as a homicide where he has to say police still haven't revealed why and how the shooting occurred. Damond said with tearful eye,

Sadly, her family and I have been provided with almost no additional information from law enforcement regarding what happened after police arrived

The Minneapolis officer Mohamed Noor shot her targeting on her abdomen resulted in her death, autopsy result revealed. As per the reports, the officer aimed her from the pa s senger seat of his squad while Justine spoke to his colleague on the driver's side.

Minneapolis Police spokesperson Scott Seroka reported that the two officers who responded to the scene have been on administrative leave. Later, Noor extended his convalescences to the family through a statement from his attorney.
