Antonio Banderas To Portray Pablo Picasso In Second Season Of NatGeo Genius
The Spanish-American actor Antonio Banderas has signed for the role of Pablo Pica s so in the second season of National Geographic’s anthology series Genius. Antonio will be portraying the famous Spanish painter and one of 20th century’s the most influential personality, Pica s so.
The first season of the National Geographic’s Genius portrayed the life of German scientist Albert Einstein and now it is set for Pica s so’s. In a statement, Banderas said he has always been fascinated by the lifestyle and personality of Pica s so. Moreover, they both are from the same city of the Spain, Malaga.
Moreover, the Genius’ executive producer Ron Howard said in a separate statement as Banderas was ‘’the natural choice’’ to portray Pica s so as he has a “no-holds-barred approach to life”.
Banderas has starred in various hit films like The Mask of Zorro, Evita, Puss In Boots, Desperado, and HBO’s Pancho Villa As Himself.
