Anthony Scaramucci's wife filed for divorce after he was named White House Communication Director

by Rajesh Khadka,

Just a week after Anthony Scaramucci was named the White House Communications Director, his wife Deidre Ball has reportedly filed for divorce. Scaramucci's new career as a President Donald Trump's spokesman is going to end his three years marriage life.

Ball has served as the vice president of the Firm, SkyBridge Capital founded by Scaramucci in 2005.

A source close to Ball revealed to Page Six that she despises Donald Trump and also disliked the 'naked political ambition' of her husband which is the reason for the divorce.

The source said:

She liked the nice Wall Street life and their home on Long Island, not the insane world of D.C. She is tired of his naked ambition, which is so enormous that it left her at her wits’ end. She has left him even though they have two children together.

Anthony Scaramucci and Deidre Ball started dating in 2011 and later got married in 2014.

Ball's financial contribution to Democratic campaign also reflects her hatred towards Donald Trump. Previously, she donated $5,400 to a democratic campaign against Trump and has provided other more funds to Democrat.

Scaramucci reacted to the reports of divorce with a tweet:

Leave civilians out of this. I can take the hits, but I would ask that you would put my family in your thoughts and prayers & nothing more.

They were married for less than 2 years. Lynn, who is a Trump supporter said to have felt isolated in the marriage as her husband Aronberg is a Democrat.
