According to People, Felder popped the question to McInerney on January 19, with a custom-made five-carat round brilliant cut diamond ring during a sunset stroll on the beach in Malibu, California.
Following the proposal, Felder surprised his fiancee with an "engagement-moon" at the Chable Maroma resort in Mexico to celebrate. An insider close to the source told People,

It will be the second marriage for both Felder and McInerney. Felder was previously married to Susan Pickersgill for almost three decades. Married in 1971, the pair divorced in 2000. They gave birth to four children; Jesse N. Felder, Rebecca Felder, Cody William Felder, and Leah Jenner.
Felder was a band member of Eagles, and after leaving the band in the 1980s, Felder started pursuing a solo career. He released his first solo album Airborne. After around 30 years later, Felder dropped his second album, titled Road to Forever in October 2012.
