Return of the Jedi, Battle for Endor actress Debbie Lee Carrington has pa s sed away, independent sources and her friends confirmed. She was 58.
Many media outlets reported that Debbie pa s sed away shortly after 4 in the evening on Saturday, March 24.
Fellow actor Mike Quinn has conducted his condolences to the late actress through his Facebook. He wrote,
So sad to hear of the pa s sing of a fellow Return Of The Jedi performer Debbie Lee Carrington. She was an advocate for actors with disabilities and had a degree in child psychology.
The cause of Carrington's death is yet to be revealed. Many celebrities and her fans took to their Twitter expressing their grief over her death. Clare Halstead conducted her sympathy to the late actress where she also recalled her performance in the Howard the Duck.
Total Recall and Howard the Duck were the first movies I ever saw her in. She was so amazingly talented and very well educated. It’s always hard to lose one of your own, industry or not.
