Aaron Stanford, an American actor, is best known as Pyro among the X-Men fans. He starred in X-Men 2 and X-Men: The Last Stand. Standford is also noted for his role in 12 Monkeys as James Cole.

Early Life

Aaron Stanford was born on December 27, 1976, in Westford, Ma s sachusetts to Judith Dupras, an English professor, and Don Stanford, a publishing executive. He has an older brother named David Stanford; he is a composer by profession.

Aaron is an American by nationality and has mixed ethnicity. He is from Canadian, English, German and Irish decent.

Aaron Stanford attended Westford Academy. He graduated magna c u m laude from Rutgers University Mason Gross School of Arts in 2000. 

Career

Aaron Stanford began as a young actor performing on stage in the local theater at his hometown in Ma s sachusetts.

 He later received acting training at the London Academy of Theater and worked there till he got a significant role in the 2001 series Third Watch as Sergei. 

Not so long after, he made his movie debut in a low-budget film Tadpole in 2002 as Oscar Grubman. He was nominated for the Satellite Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Motion Picture, Comedy or Musical category. 

Aaron Stanford had dry years on the silver screen after 2008. He starred in Clinical as Miles in 2017 after playing  Andrew Peterson in How I got lost, in the year 2008.

However, he has been enjoying being a household name in television screen for the series Nikita, 12 Monkeys based on the 1995 film of the same title and Comedy Bang! Bang!

Personal Life

Aaron Standford, age 40, is not publicly known to be married. He did tweet on 2014's new year eve about having fun with his girlfriend and close friends.  However, exact details about his romantic life aren't public. He has walked red carpets with actresses like Amanda Schull

Aaron has a dog named Bean and resides in Los Angeles. He is pa s sionate about photography as well as loves playing cards.

He believes his life to be the antithesis of the book ‘The Secret.' He claims he never kept his hope high rather did what he wanted and everything fell into place making him ‘a happy go, lucky man.’
