A Florida Man Charged With Second-Degree Murder - Killed Wife Before First Wedding Anniversary
The Florida Police found the body of a missing woman in the woods on Christmas Eve and charged her husband with second-degree murder.

Mr. Timothy Upthegrove, 53, of Titusville is accused of the death of his wife of a year Lori, and he was ordered held without bond at the Brevard County Jail on Monday after a judge believed him a danger to the society.
Using the information given by Mr. Uphtegrove early Sunday, police found Lori's body in the wooded area off Bobbi Lane in Titusville. After finding the body, the Titusville Police tweeted mentioning the body recovered might be the missing Titusville woman.
Lori Upthegrove, 51, was last seen at her home on Cleveland Street on Sunday. According to the reports from the Investigators, Lori and her husband fought in the morning of December 18, and during the fight, Timothy inflicted fatal injuries on Lori.
