A Man Killed His Girlfriend's Girl, 4, With Down Syndrome After She Repeatedly Interrupted Him

- Adam Hughes who stayed in his girlfriend's house on March 26th beat her daughter Kylee, 4, who was suffering from Down Syndrome after she interrupted him continuously.
- Kylee was taken to the hospital after she was found unresponsive by Hughes himself some hours later.

A California man was arrested and charged with murder after he allegedly beat his girlfriend's daughter to death after she interrupted him.
According to People, the man identified as Adam Hughes was watching his girlfriend's children including her 4-year-old daughter Kylee Willis at their Rancho Cucamonga home on the evening of March 26.
At some point in the night, Kylee reportedly disturbed her mother's boyfriend that made him furious he beat her harshly before putting her to bed.
Hours later, Hughes noticed Kylee had blue lips and fingertips after which he called his girlfriend Corrie Blake who made an emergency call.
Kylee was rushed to a nearby medical center before she was taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center in a helicopter. Kylee had suffered severe head trauma and was put on a ventilator.
The next day both the child's mother and her boyfriend were charged with willful cruelty to a child. Blake was released later that day after she posted bond while Hughes still remains behind the bars. On March 29, Kylee died in the hospital and then Hughes was indicted with her murder.
After Kylee's death, her biological father created a GoFundMe page to raise money for her funeral. There he wrote:
My daughter Kylee has forever closed her smiling Irish eyes. She was taken from this world too soon by the people that we're sworn to protect her.
Court trials for Hughes will be scheduled in upcoming days.
