A 22 Years' Old Runner Dies While Running the Cleveland Marathon!

- She was a Walsh University graduate
- Ceepo was pronounced dead on hospital arrival
Taylor Ceepo, 22, who was a participant of the 42nd Annual Cleveland Marathon on Sunday, May 19, 2019, collapsed and died!
The officials confirmed the lady's death to Cleveland.com as they claimed she died less than a mile from the finish line.
It is with great sadness that our Walsh family has lost one of our own, Taylor Ceepo, too soon.

According to University Hospitals' spokesperson George Stamatis, Ceepo was brought in after she collapsed during the race but was dead on arrival. He could not determine the cause of death, no symptoms whatsoever.
Taylor was a Walsh University graduate who majored in biology and was an Akron's St. Vincent-St. Mary student during high school.
The Walsh University vice president for student affairs shared in a statement,
It is my sad duty to inform you that a beloved member of our Walsh family, Ms. Taylor Ceep, collapsed today while running the Cleveland marathon and has pa s sed away.
She further stated,
Her mother, dear friends, and boyfriend were with her. Out love and deepest sympathies go to her family and loved ones. Your Walsh family will keep you all in prayer.
Marathon deaths are quite common as just a day before a 48 years' old runner died at the Tobago marathon.
