Maroon 5 singer Adam Levine has listed his massive Beverly Hills mansion on the market for a whopping $47.5 million. Levine and his wife Behati Prinsloo bought the mansion for 35.5 million last year.

Kurt Rappaport from the Westside Estate Agency is the listing agent for the house that stands in more than 10,000 square feet and features five bedrooms, and 12 bathrooms.

As per the E! Online, the house is one of the "most spectacular homes in Beverly Hills." According to the listing on Zillow, the house is

a perfect blend of Old Hollywood completely updated and remodeled with 2019 state-of-the-art amenities.

Meanwhile, back in January 2019, sources reported Levine and his wife bought Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's estate for $24 million. The property came at a huge discount from its original asking price of $45 million dollars.
