Adam Levine, Maroon 5 frontman, and wife Behati Prinsloo have sold their Beverly Hills house for $45 million around a year after they bought.

The traditional-style mansion that stands on more than an acre land area was listed in the market in April for $47.5 million. The lovebirds bought the house for $33.9 million.

The house features more than 10,000 square feet of living space with custom steel-framed windows and two kitchens. Moreover, it features a screening room, multiple wet bars, and a gym. It has a total of five bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.

The news comes after the singer decided to leave the singing reality show The Voice where he had been a coach since 2010.

The mansion was previously owned by "Will & Grace" creator Max Mutchnick and before him, tennis player Pete Sampras.
