A Family of Three!

Laguna Beach alum Dieter Schmitz has welcomed his first child, a baby boy with his wife Isabell Hiebl. The 32-year-old actor took to his Instagram on Sunday, 9th September to announce the birth of their son, Nico Josef Schmitz.

"Isabel and I welcomed our baby boy, Nico Josef Schmitz on 9/8/2018 at 9:10 AM", wrote Schmitz alongside the photo of their newborn child and his wife.

Fellow reality star Lauren Conrad congratulated the couple commenting with numerous yellow heart emojis.

Schmitz and his wife announced the upcoming arrival of their first child in March. Then, Schmitz shared a photo of the couple's dog wearing a sign which read: "Mom & Dad are getting me a human due: Sep. 10, 2018."

The couple is blessed with their first child over two years after their marriage. The lovebirds tied the knot in August 2016 in California when many Laguna Beach co-stars served as groomsmen, including Stephen Colletti, Loren Polster, Trey Phillips.
