Brittany Lang is an American professional Golfer currently playing on the LPGA Tour. She is the winner of the 2016 U.S. Women's Open.

She made her professional debut in 2005 after two years of college golf at Duke. She received sponsor's exemptions in 2005 to the Jamie Farr Owens Corning Cla s sic (T36), State Farm Cla s sic, and Canadian Women's Open (T6).

She was born on August 22, 1985, in Richmond, Virginia, United States. She completed her educational life from Duke University. She started playing golf at the age of 9. The credits go to her dad, who introduced her to the game, and family, because of their love and support.

Her brother, Luke, who was an All-Conference golfer at Arkansas Tech is a Caddy for her. She came in her very first golf tournament when she was 10. She won the tournament because she was the only female competing. Her Hobbies include spending time with her family, watching movies and listening to music.

It was in July of 2005 when she matured as professional after finishing the championship at T2 at U.S. Women’s Open. The same year she received sponsor exclusions to the State Farm Cla s sic, Canadian Women’s Open and Owens Corning Cla s sic.

By the year  2008, she recorded six finishes at top ten, before that she was the LPGA medalist at its qualifying tournament. In her third season on the tour in fall of 2008 her earning was over than one million dollars.

However, her most awaited moment came in June of 2012 that brought Brittany her first victory as a professional which was in Canada at Manulife Financial LPGA Cla s sic inaugural. In the major championship, she has five top ten finishes in which she scored one as amateur other four as professional.

Prior to that as an amateur, she has announced the winner of events of American Junior Golf Association for eight times. She was also announced as the All-American of Polo Cup Junior for the two consecutive years of 2001 and 2002.

To add more as the collegiate golfer she was the winner of six collegiate championships. As an amateur, she has also competed for the Kraft Nabisco Championship of 2005 as well as LPGA Corning Cla s sic as a guarantor’s exclusion.

She won six collegiate tournaments and was named the 2005 Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) Player of the Year. She won back-to-back ACC individual titles and was named the 2004 ACC Freshman of the Year and NCAA Freshman College Golfer of the Year. 

Lang was a member of the victorious 2004 U.S. Curtis Cup Team and won medalist honors at the Women’s Amateur Public Links before advancing to the quarterfinals of match play. She competed as a sponsor exemption in both the 2005 Kraft Nabisco Championship and the LPGA Corning Cla s sic, where she tied for 15th. 

Brittany Lang's Personal Life 

  Brittany is not Married but she is not single either. This beautiful golfer is engaged to boyfriend Kevin Spann. So the lovely pair is all set to exchange their marital vows and most probably the wedding date will be decided soon as well.

Kevin Proposed Brittany during her LPGA tour event after eleven months of dating. The couple first met each other at TPC Craig Ranch parking lot. She is 5'8" tall.
