Synopsis

American actor and pianist, Noah Gray-Cabey, is best known for his appearance in the TV series, My Wife, and Kids. He started performing cla s sical piano at an early age of four and performed in various venues throughout the New England and Washington.

He also acted in several hit TV series including, ‘48 Hours’, ‘Ripley’s Believe It or Not’, ‘The Oprah Winfrey Show’ and ‘The Tonight Show.’

In 2000, Gray-Cabey became one of the master cla s s piano players who perform with an orchestra at Sydney Opera House. He also played at the International String Convention and Queensland Conservatory.  

Early life and education

Noah Gray-Cabey was born to Shawn Cabey and Whitney Gray on 16th November 1995, in Chicago, Illinois. Noah is of mixed ethnicity (half black) and holds American nationality.

He was fascinated with the music and musical instruments since his early childhood days and had started playing toy keyboards.

In 2004, Gray-Cabey’s family moved to California. He went to the Paraclete High School, a Roman Catholic college preparatory high school in Lancaster, California. After graduation, he enrolled at the University in June 2011.

Career

Noah Gray-Cabey began his career as a musician at an early age of four. He performed at a number of venues throughout the New England and Washington. He currently appears in the TV series Code Black alongside Marcia Gay Harden, Raza Jaffrey, Bonnie Somerville and Melanie Chandra.  

Gray-Cabey’s first tour was in Jamaica with New England Symphonic Ensemble. The same year, he toured Australia and became the youngest solo artist to play with an orchestra at Sydney Opera House.

Gray-Cabey acted at the Queensland Conservatory & the International Convention in Brisbane. He also recorded a CD along with his family.

Gray-Cabey has recorded a number of CDs with his family which he started from the age 4. His parents began Action in Music, a project designed to help children develop their musical talents.

Gray-Cabey has also shown active involvement in television as well. In 2001, Gray-Cabey debuted on television with the sitcom, ‘My Wife and Kids’ as Franklin Aloysius Mumford.

Gray-Cabey worked in the number of television series afterward which includes CSI: Miami, Grey’s Anatomy, Ghost Whisperer and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. He played the character of Micah Sanders in the superhero TV series ‘Heroes.’ 

Gray-Cabey debuted in the film industry in 2006 with a role of Joey Dury in the dark fantasy film, ‘Lady in the Water.’ The film was directed by M. Night Shyamalan. 

Personal life

Noah Gray-Cabey is a 22-year old aspiring musician who is dedicated to his career. He has posted many pictures with his girlfriend on his Instagram. He had wished his girlfriend a warm Valentine's day in 2017 on Instagram, however, he didn't reveal his girlfriend's identity.

Gray-Cabey was fascinated with piano while he was still a child and started playing piano at his early age. In an interview, he stated that he had started to play a real piano by four.

Noah Gray-Cabey earns impressive money from his music as well as acting career. He has the net worth of $2 million. He started performing as a musician and traveled to several parts of the world at a young age.

At the age of five, Gray-Cabey became the youngest soloist who played with an orchestra at the Sydney Opera House. He grabbed fame for his role in My Wife and Kids.

Gray-Cabey’s movie ‘Lady in the Water’ was made with the budget of $70 million. The movie grossed a tremendous amount of $72 million at the box office.
