Geoffrey Zakarian

Geoffrey Zakarian is a famous American Chef, Restaurateur, Television personality, and author who is most popular for his unique food recipes. He is also famous for his appearance in several television programs on the Food Network, including Chopped and The Next Iron Chef. He is the executive chef of several restaurants in New York City and Miami. Zakarian started working as an apprentice chef under chef Daniel Boulud at LeCirque in the early 1980s. He has been married to marketing executive Margaret Anne Williams since 2005.

Geoffrey Zakarian was born in Worcester, Massachusetts, the United States of America, on July 25, 1959. He was born as the son of Viola Zakarian and George Zakarian. He was raised in his native town Worcester, Massachusetts. Zakarian belongs to the White American ethnicity, and his nationality is American.

Even two of his co-partners of his restaurants support the workers' allegations; however, Zakarian's publicist denied the rumors.

Similarly, in 2015, he withdrew from the planned American-style concept restaurant, The National in the Trump International Hotel in Washington, D.C, after the controversial comments made by now-president Donald Trump. In response to Trump's statements "do not in any way align with my core values, Zakarian said, "We are a nation built from immigrants, my family included."

 

He was expected to lose more than a $500,000 lease deposit. The report states, "Trump sued Zakarian in August 2015 for a sum above $10 million for lost rent and other damages."
